Which roles count toward Starter’s limit
Starter keeps up to 10 roles editable once they reach interviews. Applying and recruiter screens are free.
What counts
- Roles at Interviewing or Offer that are still active.
- A role on hold still counts, because it’s paused, not closed.
What doesn’t count
- Roles at Applied or Recruiter screen.
- Closed roles: withdrew, not selected, no offer or declined.
- Archived roles.
- An offer you’ve accepted. It shows in the Offer column but doesn’t use a slot.
See how many you’re using
- Open Settings, then Plan.It shows how many of your 10 Pipeline slots are in use.
Why it works this way
- Early on you might apply to many roles. Starter lets you track every application and screen, and counts only the roles that have become real interview processes.
- Your records are never deleted to enforce the limit. Roles past the limit stay visible and read-only.
If something’s off
- A role is read-only. It’s past your 10. See what read-only roles mean.
