Can I purchase a plan now?
Payments are not open yet. You can create an account or explore the demo, but this page does not charge you or activate a paid subscription. Checkout will open only after the remaining launch-readiness checks pass and the owner gives explicit approval.
What is included in the trial?
The seven-day Pro trial includes AI Quick Capture, AI Suggestions, and the Pro feature set, with trial usage limits. No credit card is required. Use the separate Start free trial option to review the trial details before creating an account. Final numeric AI allowances will be disclosed before the paid offering opens.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without a paid plan, your account continues on Starter and all saved records remain intact. Basic Capture stays available; ongoing AI access is not included. If you have more than 10 qualifying progressing opportunities, choose which 10 remain editable. The others stay visible and read-only. A no-card trial never creates an automatic charge.
Which opportunities count toward Starter’s limit?
Roles in Applied / Contacted don’t count toward the limit. The limit begins when an opportunity reaches Recruiter Screen Scheduled or a later stage. Closed and archived records don’t count. Keep up to 10 qualifying opportunities editable without deleting the rest or their history.
What happens when I reach an opportunity or AI limit?
Additional qualifying opportunities stay visible and read-only until you choose them for an editable slot or upgrade. At the AI allowance limit, you can keep using Basic Capture. There are no surprise overage charges. Capture and Suggestions usage policies will be shown separately where they differ.
How do introductory prices work?
Introductory prices are for a limited time and can end without notice. Current introductory Pro prices are $29/month, $79 every three months or $199/year. Your price stays the same while you’re subscribed, including an eligible paid Hold. After cancellation, a new subscription uses the then-current price. Current regular prices are $49/month, $119 every three months or $299/year. Existing customers keep their accepted pricing and protection rules.
What renews, when, and at what price?
New subscriptions started at an introductory price renew at $29 monthly, $79 every three months or $199 annually. New regular subscriptions are $49 monthly, $119 every three months or $299 annually. Your checkout review confirms your price before payment; existing subscriptions keep their accepted terms. Three-month plans stay on three-month billing; they do not switch to monthly. Cancel before renewal to keep access through the end of the paid period. Any future change to a regular subscription price will be disclosed before it takes effect.
Do all Pro billing options include the same features?
Yes. Monthly, three-month, and annual are payment schedules for the same Pro plan, not different feature tiers. AI allowances follow their stated usage periods, not the length of your billing interval.
Is there a Pay once plan?
Yes. Choose Pay once: $499 introductory, regular price $699, paid once for one-person access to the standard Pro product for the operating lifetime of Evallo, with no subscription renewal. This introductory offer ends separately from introductory Pro pricing. Your checkout review confirms the available price before payment. Recurring AI allowances apply; Pay once does not mean unlimited AI or include separately priced services. Existing Pay once accounts keep their current access.
What happens to my records after I get hired or cancel?
Getting hired does not delete your opportunities, interviews, notes, or history. Canceling a subscription keeps paid access through the paid period; afterward, Starter’s editing limits apply. You can deliberately archive opportunities from a previous search and return to them later.
Can I put my account on hold and return later?
Yes. Eligible recurring Pro customers can switch to $5/month Hold after their current paid period. Existing Hold subscriptions keep their accepted price. People stays editable, so you can keep in touch between searches. Everything else stays read-only, and AI is paused. An eligible introductory rate remains protected during paid Hold and its seven-day failed-payment grace period. Other returns use the available price shown in the return review, which you approve before payment. If you cancel instead, a later subscription uses the price available when you return. The already-paid Hold fee is not credited toward Pro.
