These answers are a summary. The full Policy below is what applies.
1. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout review shown immediately before payment controls if it differs from older marketing text. Evallo will not silently substitute a different plan or price. Taxes are added where required and shown before you authorize payment.
Evallo is currently offered to customers in the United States only. You must provide accurate billing and tax-location information.
2. Free plan and trial
Starter is a free plan with the limits shown at signup and on the pricing page. The Pro trial lasts seven days and does not require a credit card. A no-card trial does not automatically create a paid subscription or charge. When the trial ends without a paid purchase, the account continues on Starter and saved records remain subject to Starter’s editing limits.
3. Recurring Pro subscriptions
Monthly, three-month, and annual Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the interval and price displayed in your checkout review until canceled. Each option provides the same core Pro feature set; the billing interval does not change a stated monthly AI-usage period.
Regular prices may change for a future renewal only after reasonable advance notice and any consent required by law. You can cancel before the next renewal through Settings → Billing or the Stripe customer portal.
4. Introductory pricing
- Who gets it. Introductory Pro pricing is available for a limited time and can end without notice for new subscriptions. Current introductory prices are $29/month, $79 every three months, or $199/year; regular prices are $49/month, $119 every three months, or $299/year. Your available price is confirmed before payment. Existing customers keep their accepted pricing and protection rules.
- How long it lasts. Your introductory rate stays protected while the qualifying subscription stays active, including during an eligible paid Hold.
- When it ends. If you cancel the subscription instead of using Hold, introductory price protection ends. A later subscription uses the price available at that time.
5. Cancellation
Canceling a recurring subscription stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep paid access through that date. Afterward, the account moves to Starter unless another eligible access state applies. Cancellation does not delete your account or records.
Canceling your account. You can also cancel your whole account in Settings. On a recurring plan or Hold, this stops future renewals, and you keep what you paid for until the end of the current paid period; the account then closes instead of moving to Starter. You can keep your account in Settings until that date. Nothing more is charged. Canceling your account does not refund the current period; the refund rules in section 6 still apply. The Terms of Service explain what happens to your records.
To delete your account or request a copy of your information, contact contact@getevallo.com. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests.
6. Refund policy
- First paid subscription charge. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first paid subscription charge.
- Pay once purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase.
- Renewals. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time after cancellation.
- Hold. The already-paid Hold fee is not refunded or credited when you return to Pro, except where required by law or charged in error.
- Errors and legal rights. Duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or technically erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected when verified. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Send refund requests to contact@getevallo.com from the email address on the account and identify the charge. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Financial institutions control when funds appear.
7. Account Hold
Eligible recurring Pro customers may be offered Hold for $5 per month. Existing Hold subscriptions keep their accepted price.
- When it starts. Hold begins at the end of the current paid Pro period, not immediately. Until then, Pro remains active.
- What you keep. Your workspace and records stay available. People stays fully editable, so you can add and edit people, keep in touch and log check-ins. Everything else is read-only, and AI is paused.
- Renewal. Hold renews monthly until you cancel it or successfully return to Pro.
- Introductory rate. An eligible introductory rate remains protected during paid Hold and its seven-day failed-payment grace period. If a Hold payment remains unpaid through that grace period, the account moves to Starter and introductory price protection may end as described in the checkout review.
- Canceling Hold. Canceling takes effect at the end of the paid Hold period.
- Returning to Pro. Returning may require a prorated payment or a new full billing term, depending on the plan and timing shown in the return review. Future Hold charges stop only after the Pro return succeeds. The already-paid Hold fee is not credited toward Pro.
8. Failed payments and billing notices
If a payment fails, Evallo or Stripe may retry the payment and send transactional notices. Access may be limited, paused, placed in a grace period, or moved to Starter according to the plan rules shown in your account. Updating a payment method does not guarantee recovery until Stripe confirms the payment and Evallo verifies the result.
9. Taxes
Evallo uses Stripe to calculate applicable U.S. transaction taxes based on the product, price, and billing location. You are responsible for providing accurate location and exemption information. Any exemption must be supported by valid documentation before checkout. A displayed tax estimate may be recalculated if the billing information changes.
10. Payment processor and disputes
Stripe processes payment methods, invoices, and refunds. Evallo does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Contact us first at contact@getevallo.com if you do not recognize or disagree with a charge so we can investigate promptly. This does not waive any right to contact your card issuer.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy prospectively. We will provide reasonable advance notice of a material change to renewal, cancellation, or refund terms that negatively affects an active paid customer, and we will obtain consent when required by law.
