What Pay once includes

Pay once is a one-time personal purchase for the standard Pro product during Evallo’s operating lifetime. It is not an unlimited promise covering every future product or third-party cost.

Pay once was previously called Lifetime. A purchase made under the Lifetime name is a Pay once purchase under these Terms.

1. Purchase and eligibility

Pay once is $499 introductory (regular $699), plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. This introductory offer ends separately from introductory Pro pricing. Pay once has no renewal. The purchase is available only when displayed as available in your authenticated checkout review and payment is successfully verified. Existing customers keep the terms accepted at purchase.

Pay once is for one individual and one account. It is personal, non-transferable, not for resale, and may not be shared.

2. Included access

Pay once includes personal access to the standard individual Pro product and standard product updates that Evallo makes generally available to individual Pro subscribers, for the operating lifetime of Evallo. This includes the core workspace features identified as included at purchase, subject to reasonable technical, security, and fair-use limits.

3. AI allowances

Pay once does not mean unlimited AI. AI Quick Capture, AI Suggestions, and similar metered features receive the recurring allowance disclosed for Pay once. Usage resets according to the stated allowance period, not as an unlimited balance.

Evallo may reasonably adjust AI models, providers, request sizes, rate limits, or recurring allowances to address provider changes, abuse, safety, cost, or product quality. We will give reasonable notice before a material reduction and will not add a surprise overage charge. When an AI limit is reached, included non-AI features remain available.

4. Exclusions

Unless the purchase review expressly says otherwise, Pay once does not include:

• team, employer, recruiter, administrative, or multi-user products;
• separately branded products or services outside the standard individual Pro product;
• optional services with material per-use third-party cost, including additional AI, email, SMS, background checks, job-board fees, or professional services;
• custom integrations, migration work, consulting, or priority support; or
• hardware, connectivity, or third-party subscriptions.

Any optional charge must be clearly disclosed and separately approved before purchase.

5. Operating lifetime of Evallo

“Operating lifetime of Evallo” means the period during which Evallo continues to make the standard individual Pro product generally available as an operating service. It does not mean your lifetime, the founder’s lifetime, or a guarantee that the Service will operate forever.

Evallo may evolve, rename, rebuild, or replace features while preserving substantially similar core access. If Evallo permanently discontinues the standard individual Pro service, Pay once access ends when the service ends. Where reasonably practical, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to export available Customer Content.

6. Account standing

Pay once does not remove the obligation to follow the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate an account for material violations, fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk, or abuse. A suspension or termination for cause does not create a refund right beyond applicable law and the published refund policy.

7. Refunds

The Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy allows a full Pay once refund request within 14 calendar days after purchase. After that period, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by law or to correct a duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charge. A full refund ends Pay once access after the refund is confirmed.

8. Earlier purchases

If you bought Pay once, or Lifetime as it was earlier called, under a different written offer, the offer accepted at that purchase controls where it provides more specific or more favorable terms. Evallo will not silently replace a verified earlier purchase with these terms.

9. Relationship to other policies

The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy also apply. If these Pay once Terms conflict with a general billing statement about subscription renewal, these Pay once Terms control for a verified Pay once purchase.
