Evallo for outplacement firms

Help people land on their feet, organized.

Give everyone in your program their own Evallo Pro account to run their search like a pipeline. Your team gets a firm portal to run the program and show your clients the results.

How it works

Set up once. Run it for the whole program.

Step 1

Set up the program

Choose how many seats, how long Pro lasts (a fixed time, or until each person lands) and add your logo to the welcome screen.

Step 2

Invite your people

Invites go to personal email. Before anyone joins, they see exactly what your team will see, and they say yes.

For the people in your program

A search that runs like a pipeline.

After a layoff, a search can feel shapeless. Evallo gives it stages, next steps and one place for everything, on their phone and computer.

Nothing slips

Follow-ups, interviews and tasks that are due show up on Today. On a hard day, the next step is already written down.

Every role has a next step

Each role sits in a stage, from Applied to Offer, with what happens next on the card. Roles that go quiet are easy to spot.

For your team

One portal for the whole program.

Your consultants coach. The portal keeps track of who joined, who needs a nudge and who landed, so the report to your client is ready when you need it.

Status only. Notes, contacts, company names and pay stay with each person, unless they share them with their coach.

Program dashboard

Invited, joined, active, interviewing and landed, with the average time to land and seats used.

Participants

Each person’s status, their coach, days in the program and the date they landed.

Coaches

Assign people and balance caseloads. Coaches work with each person in the coach portal, seeing what that person shares.

A report for your client

Joined, active, landed and average time to land, with your firm’s name on it. Totals only, no names.

Clear about what’s shared

Their search stays theirs.

People in your program are trusting you at a hard moment. Everyone sees exactly what your team will see before they join. Everything else stays private.

What your firm sees

How each person is doing.

  • Their status: invited, joined, active, interviewing, offer or landed
  • The date they landed, and days in the program
  • Which coach they work with
What your firm never sees

Everything in their search.

  • Their notes, contacts and conversations
  • Company names, roles, pay and offers
  • Their account, during the program and after it

They agree first

The invite and the welcome screen show what your firm will see. Nothing is shared until they accept.

Your client sees totals

The report for the employer shows numbers for the program, never names.

Coaches see what’s shared

Their coach sees what each person agrees to share when they accept. Private notes always stay private.

Never sold

We don’t sell their records or use them for ads. We don’t train an AI model of our own on their records.

Questions HR teams ask

The short answers.

How do people join?

You send invites to their personal email. Each person creates their own account and accepts, after seeing what your team will see.

How long does access last?

You choose: a fixed time, or until each person lands. When it ends, their account stays theirs. They can keep Pro themselves or use the free Starter plan with everything they saved.

What will our client see?

A report with totals: how many joined, how many are active, how many landed and the average time to land. No names.

Can our consultants use it?

Yes. Each consultant works with their people in the coach portal and sees what each person agrees to share.

What does it cost?

Pricing is by quote, based on your program. Ask us about pricing and we’ll put one together.

Security reviews, contracts and HR systems?

We’ll cover these on a call.
