What AI sees, and when it runs
Evallo AI runs only when you ask, sees only what that request needs, and never saves anything without you.
When it runs
- When you press Review in Paste a message with “Read it with Evallo AI” on.
- When you choose Review debrief after a call.
- When you press Generate in Review with Evallo AI, or ask for a role’s summary.
- Never in the background, and never in the demo.
What it sees
- Only what that request needs: the message you pasted, the notes you typed, or that role’s relevant records.
- It goes through Vercel to OpenAI. Evallo sets supported requests not to be stored by the model provider where it can; the provider’s own abuse monitoring may still apply.
- We don’t use your records to train an AI model of our own.
Why it works this way
- Nothing changes in your workspace until you review a suggestion and save it.
- Basic Capture, which works without AI, runs in your browser and doesn’t send what you paste to an AI provider.
- AI has a monthly allowance. When it’s used up, Basic Capture keeps working.
If something’s off
- Something AI suggested is wrong. Fix it or dismiss it before you save. AI can be wrong; check details against the sources it shows.
