Get a suggested next step after a call

Write down how the call went, and Evallo turns your notes into next steps for you to check.

Every planAI on Pro and the trial

Steps

  1. After the call, find “How did it go?”It appears on Overview once the meeting is about halfway through. You can also press ⌘K and choose Debrief a call.
  2. Type your notes.Choose Type instead. What did you learn, what was agreed, and what happens next? Pay, team and process details are worth writing down.
  3. Choose Review debrief.Evallo pulls next steps and details from your notes, grouped into Call, Next steps and Details.
  4. Untick anything you don’t want, then Save.Next steps you keep become tasks on the role. Unticked items are dropped.
For a deeper lookOn a role’s page, choose ⋯, then Review with Evallo AI, then Debrief. It suggests changes with their sources, and you choose Accept / edit, Dismiss or Leave unchanged on each one.

Why it works this way

  • The best time to write things down is right after the call. A next step with a date means the role doesn’t go quiet.
  • On Pro and the trial, Evallo AI reads your notes. Otherwise, simple rules pick out what they can, and you add the rest.
  • Nothing is saved until you approve it, and AI can be wrong, so check each item.

If something’s off

  • There’s no “How did it go?” card. The meeting needs a time in Evallo, and it shows once the meeting is underway. Add the meeting to the role first.
  • It says Evallo AI wasn’t available. The suggestions came from simple rules instead. Check them, or try again later.
