Get a copy of your information, or delete your account
Download your own copy any time from Settings › Your data. To delete your account, or to ask for a copy by email, write to us from the address on your account.
Download a copy yourself
- Open Settings, then Your data.On a phone, open Account, then Download your data as CSV.
- Choose what to include.Everything, or just roles, people, notes, tasks or meetings. Read-only roles are included.
- Choose Export CSV, then Download.You get one .zip file with a spreadsheet for each kind of record and a short guide to what’s inside. It’s made on your device; Evallo doesn’t email it or keep a copy.
Delete your account, or ask for a copy by email
- Email contact@getevallo.com from the address on your account.Say whether you want a copy of your information, your account deleted, or both.
- We confirm it’s you.For your protection, we always check before acting on a request.
- We send your copy, or delete your account.We’ll tell you when it’s done.
Why it works this way
- Canceling a subscription and deleting your account are separate requests. Canceling keeps your records on Starter.
- After a confirmed deletion, your information is deleted or de-identified unless the law requires us to keep it. Copies in backups cycle out over time.
- Canceling your account is different: you do it yourself in Settings › Profile › Cancel your account. It stops sign-in, and your records are deleted 30 days after the account closes.
- To remove just one role, open it, choose ⋯, then Delete. To set it aside instead, choose Archive.
